3. Free Tools - No Refund Needed
Our current free tools do not require payment, so refunds are not applicable. You can:

- Stop using the service at any time without penalty
- Delete your account (if created) from your profile settings

4. Refund Request Timeframe (For Premium Features)

- One-time credit packs: Within 30 days of purchase, if unused or less than 10% consumed
- Monthly subscriptions: Within 14 days of first renewal (initial month covered by trial/money-back guarantee)
- Annual subscriptions: Within 30 days of purchase, with pro-rated refund for unused months
Special Circumstances:
Extended timeframes may apply for:
- Service outages lasting more than 72 hours
- Documented billing errors at any time
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU consumer protection laws)
5. How to Request a Refund
